Tax Exempt Bond Financing

The Franklin County Civic Development Corporation (CDC) is a corporation established in 2010 for the purpose of issuing tax-exempt bonds for civic facility projects in Franklin County. The CDC  issues bonds for colleges, medical and research facilities, libraries and other not-for-profit corporations to assist with financing needs.
