The workshop is led by Bob Eckert, CEO of New & Improved and a nationally recognized innovation facilitator with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations unlock creativity, solve complex problems, and develop new ideas that produce measurable results.

Over two interactive days, participants will:

• Learn practical Design Thinking and Creative Problem Solving techniques.
• Work on real challenges facing their own businesses or organizations.
• Develop actionable solutions and implementation plans.
