September 9–10, 2026 | Paul Smith’s College

Every business faces challenges.

Finding new customers. Hiring employees. Increasing revenue. Improving operations. Standing out from the competition.

  • Apply Design Thinking and Creative Problem Solving techniques
  • Work on real challenges facing their own business or organization
  • Develop practical solutions and implementation plans
  • Learn a repeatable innovation process for future decision-making
  • Collaborate with other entrepreneurs and professionals from across the North Country

You’ll leave with more than ideas—you’ll leave with an actionable plan.

Meet Your Facilitator

The workshop is led by Bob Eckert, CEO of New & Improved, a nationally recognized innovation consultant with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations unlock creativity, solve complex problems, and generate measurable results.
