Cultivating Growth for Small Farms and Agribusinesses
Cultivating Growth for Small Farms and Agribusinesses
Franklin County is planting the seeds for agricultural success.
Franklin County is home to over 650 farms, producing some of New York’s finest dairy, potatoes, and maple syrup. These businesses are the heart of our economy—and the Frontier Harvest Fund is a tool to help them expand, innovate, and thrive.
The Frontier Harvest Fund is a grant program designed to support small farms, value-added producers, and agritourism businesses across Franklin County. Developed by the Franklin County Economic Development Corporation (FCEDC) in partnership with Franklin County, this fund offers $5,000–$35,000 in grant funding to eligible start-ups and existing businesses for equipment, furniture, livestock & inventory, marketing, salaries, and hardware & software.
