Sometimes gap financing and financial support is needed to make downtown revitalization projects happen. FCEDC regularly applies for funding for projects that can help transform our main streets and downtowns. Our current funding opportunities are listed below so check them out and if you qualify, fill out the program application.

Tupper Lake Energize Uptown Fund
This fund provides matching grant funds to commercial properties for transformational renovations in the Tupper Lake DRI target area. Property owners, business owners, and non-profit organizations are eligible to apply for funds for interior and exterior building improvements, site enhancements and commercial machinery and equipment.
