The proposed project consists of a $7,945,310 investment to purchase and modernize a 50-unit apartment building in the Village of Tupper Lake. All of the one bedroom units are HUD Section 8 subsidized and reserve for income-qualified seniors. Renovations of apartment interiors will include kitchens, bathrooms and floors.
